Random post about tea...

I've got myself an Iphone! Hopefully this will lead to more regular posts here!

Thought I should shre my favorite tea pictures, very random, I know! But they are so cute!

Today's Hair

I have a love-hate relationship with my hair. It's typical scandinavian hair, thin and way too smooth for its own good. It is so smooth and silky that you can't curl it, cause the curls just get straighten out immediately and you can't even use a "volume master", because my hair is so thin that you can see the waffled/behived hair behind.

But during summer it can be really nice, especially after bathing in the sea. Then my hair, except from getting superblond just after a couple of hours, gets a nice surf feeling about it, and you can do cute hairstyle without problems! A hairstyle like this for example;

It's super easy! just make two braids, cross them and place them on your head. Secure the braids with some bobby pins and if you want; hide the pins with a nice scarf! Voilá!

Adiós people! Back to the wonderful world of marketing!

Gorgeous Evening Light in My Kitchen!

Sometime you just have to love Sweden!

Emilia Carlsson at the moment

Pretty near a brain explosion so to speak...

On Stranger Tides!

Totally forgot to tell you that I went to the premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides yesterday!

It was just brilliant! But since I'm such a PotC nerd, I had sky high expectations! The first twenty minutes felt a little bit stiff though, with only Jack's wittiness to save the situation, and all of a sudden the brought in Jack's father into the muddy streets of London... All in all, the beginning just felt a bit unconsidered!
But after the less-good twenty minutes, everything fell into place again and turned to being one of the best PotC movies actually! And Penelope Cruz is just stunning, and I can't say that I suffered from watching Johnny Depp for 2.19 hours...

Going deeper and deeper into the world of marketing...

Ok, so exam's getting closer and closer, and I basically don't do anything else then study!

My day's during exam week usually looks like this:

  1. Wake up a 6.30 - 7.00
  2. Go up, drinking tea, reading blogs and eating breakfast
  3. 8.00 fix make up, get dressed
  4. 8.30 go to school
  5. 15.00 go home, relax a bit
  6. 17.00 eating dinner, study some more
  7. 21.00 TV-time!
  8. 23.00 Bedtime!
It sounds incredibly fun, doesn't it?
No, it's not very fun actually... and the worst thing is that you have so much information flying around in you're head that makes you constantly tired!
But only two weeks left... then I leave for the Greek islands for three(!) whole weeks!

can't wait!

Until then I share this lovely picture with you (And yes, my dinner table is cluttered with study-stuff to keep me going; fruit, flowers and there ought to be a choclate bar somewhere under all the other stuff...if I haven't ate it already...)

Fashion Inspiration!

Good Afternoon everyone!
I'm in the middle of studying for my marketing exam, so I don't have anything special to share with you. Other than that I really really really looking forward to the summer break...

Just wanted to show you what kind of pictures I get my fashion inspiration from!

Back to studying!

12.5.11

So fun!

If I ever get to open my own café (Which I really want to do!) I will absolutely put up a sign like this, it's just sooo brilliant!

And just because I feel a little bit "Hawaii-ish", I'll post these lovely pictures as well!

A little detail!

Here's a little still photo from the movie The King's Speech, I just love the deep back of the dress and the reversed necklace! Something to try for the next party perhaps?

Never use a chooping board made of wood!

I just had a dreadful experience!

I only have one kind of chopping boards (cutting boards?) in my apartment and they are made of wood, looks really nice... but bring not so nice consequences!

Happily unaware of what was going to happen, I cut a glorius mango into perfect pieces, put one in my mouth and....... EEEEEEEEWWWW!!!! It tasted GARLIC!

I usually like garlic, but not in my fruit! The garlic taste had sort of got stuck in the wooden fibres of the cutting board... not very nice!

First thing tomorrow; by a cutting board made of PLASTIC!

just a little note ;)

I'm Sorry but move on will you!

Well, I think we can draw the conclusion that I really do SUCK at blogging!

I honestly thought that all the inspiration will just come to me, giving me million things to talk about, but obviously it doesn't work like that! But I promise you I will do better; well at least I'll try!

Why not start this new era by telling you a bit about myself!

I'm Swedish, living in a midsized, lousy city where I study international management.
I really love cats and tea.
I wish that my wardrobe only consisted of dresses, but sadly it doesn't since everything in it are leftovers from my past, very sport life style (sooo boring, so I definitely try to change that!)
I live with my boyfriend, a sort of surfer dude, and we have been together the last four years (when I was a surfer too, we look so silly together; He with baggy, skating clothes and me with cute little dresses in 50s style, but love is love right?!)
My favorite movies are Pirates of the Caribbean, Miss Marple (prefferably with a huge fishbowl of tea and scones!) and Midsomer Murders!
Hopefully I'm going to England for an exchange term in January 2012!

Well, darlings!
I'm really going to try to post blogs more regularly, cus it's actually fun!

Hope you have a gorgeous night!

And what about two lovely pictures to turn things a bit brighter!
