Fika is a Swedish word for taking a cup of coffee, or tea for us who haven't really learned to appreciate coffee... It's mandatory that you eat something sweet, my pile of what seems to be dog poo is actually a very simple choclate cake! But the most imoprtant is that you sit down and relax, becuase that's the very core of the "fika-phenomenon"!
